The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Our standard shipping usually takes 9-13 days, and this time may vary due to local policies. Express shipping will be automatically applied when order is more than 100 USD. Express shipping usually takes 7-11 days.
We provide our customers with the option of free returns within a 30-day period. However, please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you're returning the item from the US, a return shipping fee of $10 will be charged, and for all other countries, the fee will be $20. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to be aware that the return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up. To qualify for a return:

- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
