Shipping & Returns

International Shipping

Our standard shipping usually takes 10-13 days recently, and this time may vary due to local policies. Please allow extra days if there's specific restrictions and Covid policies.
Express shipping will be automatically apply when order more than $100 USD. Express shipping usually takes 7-11 days.

Return Policy

We provide our customers with the option of free returns within a 30-day period. However, please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you're returning the item from the US, a return shipping fee of $10 will be charged, and for all other countries, the fee will be $20. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to be aware that the return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

Customized and engraved products are not returnable.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@eclorejewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original Packaging Required

Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

Jewelry Bundles

Bundled items must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle in order to receive a refund.

Sale 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Engraved and Customized Jewelry

Engraved items and photo customized items are final sale and cannot be refunded and returned.

International Returns

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to process on all international returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
